Virtual server package details
By purchasing VDS you will get ready-to-use server with preinstalled FreeBSD8.2, as well as Apache2, php5, MySQL5.5 services.
Basic VDS package includes:
- Installation of standard software within /usr/ ports, as well as Perl/PHP with the necessary modules, DNS-server on demand;
- Server monitoring;
- Folders backup for each domain and databases backup;
- Server reboot option;
- Our DNS-server and mail-server access ( you can setup your own mail-server for additional fee);
- Domain transition assist from other hosting providers.
Additional installation and setup services will be carried out at the rate 30$/hour. Minimum time length is 30 min.
Please note that our technical support is working 24/7 and carries out external monitoring of your VDS-server as well as internal monitoring of the main VDS-server. All operations on the administration and maintenance of the VDS-server will be carried Monday to Friday from 9:00(GMT+2) to 02:00(GMT+2). Exceptions include hacking of the server and urgent reboot.
