Currency exchange
Currency exchange can be carried out in the “Payments” section of our control panel.
To convert the funds between USD and EUR accounts use the “Currency exchange” function in the menu at the left.
In the “direction” dropdown list of the exchange window you can see the direction of the exchange (dollars to euro or euro to dollars) and the current exchange rate.
The line “USD -> EUR : 1 -> 0.8861” tells the direction and the rate of the exchange. After the exchange the amount of EUR will be received, equal to USD*0.8861.
If you need to exchange euro to dollars – chose the EUR -> USD direction.
If you need to exchange dollars to euro – chose the USD -> EUR direction.
Attention!
The exchange rate is updated automatically. There is a possibility of the exchange rate update while working in the exchange window, causing that the exchange result to differ from the expected.
Currency exchange in our control panel is commission free.
Currency exchange is not available for the “reseller” type of accounts. The exchange can be carried on request via ticket.
