1. Access to the server via ftp / ssh
/!\ Attention. Access to the ftp / ssh in the RCP Control Panel is closed by default.
1) To allow access to the FTP / SSH for your IP-address, select the account you want to work with in the "Current Account" field in the upper right corner of the screen..
2) Go to the "Settings" menu.
FTP and SSH: Settings
Next, select the "Allowed IP addresses to your account.".
FTP and SSH: Settings
Type in your IP-address into the "to login to the server (via SSH / FTP)" field.
FTP and SSH: Settings
To allow FTP / SSH access for all IP-addresses, select the account you want to work with in the "Сurrent Account" field in the upper right corner of the screen. Go to the "Settings" menu, then select "Allowed IP addresses to your account". Type in 0.0.0.0/0 into the "o login to the server (via SSH / FTP)" field.

In case the "to login to the server (via SSH / FTP)" field is empty - the settings for this account is duplicated from the client-account. If this field is also empty on the side of the client-account - the FTP / SSH access is closed for all IP’s.

Additional information about the access to the FTP / SSH:

You can enter one or more IP-addresses (separated by commas) or subnet / subnets (separated by commas). Prohibited IP-addresses or subnets can also be specified in this field. To do so, put “!” (exclamation point) before the IP-addresses or subnets. Example:

10.0.0.0/16, !192.168.0.0/24, 192.168.0.0/16

This line will allow access to the subnets 10.0.0.0/16 and 192.168.0.0/16, except for the subnet 192.168.0.0/24 (which is included in the subnet 192.168.0.0/16). The sequence of addresses is important, therefore, prohibited subnets should go before the allowed (!192.168.0.0/24, 192.168.0.0/16), because the filter operates by the rule of "prior to the first match.".

After the changes do not forget to click [Ok].

Your current IP-address is shown on the same page..

/!\ If the settings are not specified for the account, client-account settings will be used
/!\ Be cautious with the settings! You can easily block the access to the panel or ftp / ssh for yourself, putting down the wrong data in the settings.
2. How to create additional FTP-accounts for the domain?

1) Select an account you want to work with using the "Current Account" on the upper right corner of the screen.
2) Go to the Accounts section
3) Select "Create FTP account" in the menu on the left side of the screen.
4) Enter the desired username and password, select the folder with the desired domain, and then click [Создать].

4) You can create access not only to the domain itself, but also to any of the folders in the domain. To do so, specify the name of the folder in the additional field to the "Directory" field.
